What do you like best about this course?:
real life examples of unintentional consequences
Lot of information presented in clear and interesting manner.
The material was interesting
If you were teaching this course, what would you do differently?:
Present the subject matter in class, eg demonstrate XSS on a VM on the projector. Many students' eyes glaze over without concrete examples.
Less written homework but more programming homework
Don't assign multiple assignments to be due all around the same period of time, as other classes still have just as much of a workload.
In what ways, if any, has this course or the instructor encouraged your intellectual growth and progress?:
This has been a very challenging course, and I have enjoyed the projects.
Homework was challenging and forced to learn details that would not be discovered in straight forward assignments
Other comments or suggestions::
It is impressive that so much content has been covered in the depth that it has been. Security is a very broad topic and it has been given a great overview.
