Brief Biography

I am a second-year M.Tech student in AI at the Future Computing Systems (FIST) Lab, department of Computer Science and Automation at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, working with Prof. Sumit Kumar Mandal. My research investigates post-Von Neumann architectures, with a focus on designing ReRAM-based Compute-In-Memory (CIM) accelerators for Large Foundational Models. I am also interested in Efficient LLM Inference, Hardware-Software Co-design, and HPC.

Previously, I completed my M.Sc. in Computer Science at Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute and my B.Sc. at Ramakrishna Mission Residential College, Narendrapur.
